In June 2006 we listed our condo with Debi and John Friedlander. At the time of the listing we knew that the property would be a very difficult property to sell. Firstly, the real estate market had cooled considerably. The condo would be the highest priced unit in the building and the area due to the size and restoration work that had been done to it.

Their expertise in the real estate market place successfully sold this condo. And, ultimately the condo did sell for a price that was higher than any other condo in the building.
